Due to legal changes, the coverage for Social Insurance (the Employee’s Pension and Health Insurance system) has expanded. This change started gradually in October 2022, and from October 1, 2024, those who work at companies with 51 or more employees who meet certain criteria will be eligible for enrollment in the Employee’s Pension and Health Insurance system.
