On Saturday November 30th, the Hokkaido Foreign Resident Support Center will be holding a free consultation Session (professional consultations) for foreign residents in Shimukappu Village. Details are as follows.

*If you want to consult with an immigration official, please make a reservation by November 27th (Wednesday).

Shuttle bus: depart Shimukappu Village Hall at 10:00 am, return from Tomamu Community Center at 2:00 pm
*If you would like to reserve a seat, please email the Shimukappu Village Planning and Commerce Division at kikaku@vill.shimukappu.lg.jp by Thursday, November 28th.

1) Support Center Staff: for questions about health insurance, pension, driver’s license, work issues, and more.
2) Certified Scrivener: for questions about residence status, application for naturalization (obtaining Japanese citizenship), contracts, wills, car registration, land use, etc.
3) Sapporo Immigration Bureau Officials: for questions about residence status, re-entry permit, permanent residence, etc.
